Section 214
More punishable
(1) A person who abducts in accordance with section 211 and takes his body as a hostage in accordance with section 212 shall be imprisoned for ten years to fifteen years and shall be fined from one hundred thousand to one hundred and fifty thousand rupees.
(2) If a person commits any other act considered as an offense under this Code by kidnapping or taking a body as a hostage, the punishment under sub-section (1) shall be added to the punishment for such offence.
(3) If the offense of section 211 and 212 is committed in an organized manner, the person who commits such offense shall be punished with imprisonment for an additional two years.
